Leadership Program
2024 Stow-Munroe Falls Chamber of Commerce
Join regional leaders in an 8-month professional development experience with deep dives into leadership competencies including appreciative inquiry, divergent conversations, widening your sphere of influence, building strategic partnerships & economic development. Each session is designed and facilitated in collaboration with Heart to Heart Leadership of Akron, and SMFCC Leadership Alumni.
Audience Focus:
Impactful leaders and emerging leaders in business, education, government, and the non-profit community.
Each session includes: Leaders in Healthcare, Education, Business, Government and Nonprofits addressing business/service challenges in their careers: specific dialogue on implementation of the core skills listed above.
